Romanian President Klaus Werner Iohannis will pay a visit to Republic of Serbia. The visit agenda includes meetings with his Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolic, with the Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and with Republic of Serbia National Assembly President, Maja Gojkovic. President Iohannis will also meet with representatives of the Romanian community living in this country. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)

Minister for Social Dialogue Liviu Pop ensures that activities on Henri Coanda airport will not be disturbed, as it happened yesterday when air traffic controllers were on strike from 11:00 to 13:00. „I assure all passengers that they can travel safely from Henri Coanda airport”, said Liviu Pop, „because I saw the good intentions of Minister Iulian Matache to find common solutions. The end of these negotiations can only be a happy one for everyone”. Minister for Social Dialogue Liviu Pop also said that there are chances to reach an agreement to conclude a Collective Labour Agreement at ROMATSA after the negociations. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)

Fiscal discipline and financial stability should become a state of normality, says Governor of the National Bank of Romania. Mugur Isrescu considers that the application of temporary measures to the detriment of long term development would be an error and future economic policy mission is to preserve the macro-economic balances, hardly restored after the crisis. Romanian President Klaus Iohannis pointed out that the country’s development should be based on responsibility and sustainability.
