Present at the Romanian Academy at the opening of an international scientific conference, Romanian President said that Romania can not remain in the last place in Europe in terms of innovation performance and asked authorities to allocate more money for research. „Research – development – innovation field has exceeded the one hundred percent as the level of structural funds absorption. That is why, a possible solution would be the reorientation of important parts of unspent funds to other areas, togeter with a real prioritization of this area, in terms of public funding.
