The International Book Fair Gaudeamus Radio Romania has concluded on Sunday

The International Book Fair Gaudeamus Radio Romania, which was held virtually this year, due to the pandemic, has concluded on Sunday evening. For 7 days in a row, the online event has upheld 200 cultural events for the total of 50,000 users who have visited the virtual stands. Recording are still available on the website gaudeamus.ro. The coordinator of the Gaudeamus Radio Romania team, Connie Chifor, has said that the 27th edition of this international fair was both a challenge and a test.
Connie Chifor: It was a test. I believe that, with this edition, we have proved that Gaudeamus Radior Romania is still a force, regardless of the circumstances. It was a game, a game between us and those who follow us on our Facebook pace and it was a great pleasure for us to award the prizes. I would make a special mention of the promptitude and warmth that publishers received us with. They accepted the challenge, they agreed with us hiding the clues in their stands. (…) From the echos we heard so far, we are convinced that this edition was a real success.
