President Klaus Iohannis decorated Romanian athletes who obtained medals at the Olympic and Paralympic Games organised in Rio. He stressed that the athletes are models for the entire society and they succeded to inspire generations through their passion and results. But Romanian President used this occasion to draw attention that the situation of Romanian sport has been degraded in recent decades and a national strategy is needed to rebuild this important area for the society. Klaus Iohannis: „For a sustainable reconstruction we need to think together a solid plan for the future of Romanian sport. To win medals and to have good results without a strategy well planned, undertaken by broad consensus, is hard. The school should play a fundamental role in all this reconstruction”. The first six F16 aircraft will be taken over from Portugal by Romanian pilots

The first six F16 aircraft will be taken over from Portugal by Romanian pilots in a ceremony to be held at the Monte Real Air Base, ceremony at which Prime Minister and Defense Minister of Portugal and Romanian Minister of National Defence will be present. It will be a historical day for Romania and its army, said Romanian Minster Mihnea Motoc, on Facebook. The aircraft went through a process of modernization, called in technical terms Mid-Life Upgrade and they will be able to interact in the same conditions as all other multirole aircraft in NATO member states. The six F16 aircraft will take off today to Romania and they will be stationed in Fetesti. For two years, Portuguese specialists have trained nine pilots and 80 technicians who will handle the operation of these aircraft. F16 squadron will be completed in two phases, three aircraft will be delivered by the end of the year and another three in 2017. (RADIO ROMANIA reports)

Nearly three thousand cases of bullying  were recorded between 2011 and 2013 by Child Helpline Association, which carries out a project to combat this problem facing children and adolescents. Bullying is a form of intimidation and harassment, which manifests through hostility, offenses, harassment, humiliation or hitting.
