Recommendations of the mountain gendarmes

The mountain gendarmes advise the citizens not to go to the forests during this period to pick mushrooms, because they could meet the bears that came out of hibernation. Moreover, the gendarmes ask people to be careful when they go to sanitize their gardens or orchards because the animals are looking for food in the households. At the end of last week, the gendarmes from the mountain posts Buşteni and Cheia intervened in two cases in which the bears appeared. The first action took place in Teișani, where they intervened to release a bear caught in a noose in the forested area. In the second case, a bear and her cub arrived on the streets of Poiana Țapului, but were driven back into the forest./opopescu
