Owners of restaurants and clubs in Constanţa suggest authorities organizing a test event on the Romanian seashore

Owners of restaurants and clubs in Constanţa suggested authorities organizing a test event in July, following the model of a similar event in Netherlands. Over 1,000 participants would be allowed, based on a negative coronavirus test or on a vaccination certificate. In a Facebook post, bar owners from Constanţa announced they have made the suggestion to the Public Health Direction, while organizing Untold and Neversea festivals is uncertain because of the coronavirus pandemic. They say participants will be monitored for two weeks and, if medical results are good, they might open the event industry in Romania, with certain access conditions.
