Merchants in Bucharest must limit the number of customers simultaneously present inside the stores

Traders in Bucharest must display at the entrance the maximum number of customers who can be present simultaneously on the premises in order to ensure physical distance. Commercial space administrators would decide what method they use to count buyers: either limit the number of baskets, or provide electronic metering. When the maximum limit of customers is reached, they have the obligation to stop their access to the store. We remind you that the Capital Prefecture has reached an agreement with the traders’ representatives on the measures they must apply in the next period in order to avoid congestion inside the stores./opopescu

Romania will continue vaccination against COVID-19 with the AstraZeneca serum

Romania will continue vaccination against COVID-19 with AstraZeneca serum for all age groups. The head of the National Vaccination Campaign, Valeriu Gheorghiță, stated that the benefits of immunization outweigh the risks, a fact which is also established by the European Medicines Agency. Valeriu Gheorghiță also said that vaccinating with another serum at the second dose is not a suitable alternative, because there are no data available yet to support a combination of vaccines. In fact, citizens will have access to information material with possible symptoms after vaccination, so that people who have been immunized or are about to do so can go for a medical consultation, if necessary./opopescu
