Near the holidays, doctors recommend that we consume moderate amounts of food and alcohol

As every year, near the holidays, doctors recommend that we consume moderate amounts of food and alcohol to prevent the risk of developing digestive disorders. In order for the body to function well, in addition to a balanced diet, exercise is recommended at least three times a week.
Reporter – Răzvan Stoichiţoiu: During this period, more and more people arrive at the emergency department of the County Hospital in Târgu Jiu. Plenty of Christmas and New Year’s Eve meals cause digestive imbalances, experts warn. In particular, fasting people should avoid food abuse during the holidays, as problems such as indigestion, biliary colic or acute pancreatitis can occur. To avoid digestive problems, even on holidays, we must respect the three main meals. Doctors also advise us to exercise as much as possible. (RADIO ROMANIA NEWS)
