The first Ukrainian citizens arrived in Caraş-Severin County

The first Ukrainian citizens to flee the war have arrived in Caraş-Severin County. These are three families who are housed with relatives in Bănia. Cristian Hânda, a teacher at Bănia Gymnasium School and pastor of the New Covenant Baptist Church, told us that a woman with six children is staying in his house and another family, consisting of a husband, wife and four children, in a neighboring house. The mother is pregnant with her fifth child and is due to give birth in a week or two. The prefect of Caraş-Severin county, Ioan Dragomir, declared that the woman had already been visited by a team from the Semenic Emergency Situations Inspectorate, in order to check her health condition. Another mother with three children is at her cousins, also in Bănia. According to the prefect of Caraş-Severin, Ioan Dragomir, so far none of the citizens arriving from Ukraine has applied for refugee status./opopescu
