The Astra Museum in Sibiu offers employment and accommodation for Ukrainian refugees

The Astra complex which hosts the largest open-space museum in Romania is offering five jobs and accommodation for Ukrainian refugees – especially for those who used to work in the cultural sector.

The museum’s executive director Ciprian Stefan has announced that apart from accommodating the refugees, the museum will design a cultural program meant to communicate the values of traditional culture in Europe’s Carpathians and will remodel a household of haholis (former Ukrainians) in the Danube Delta region.

Refugees who are willing to work at the museum will be offered accommodation in a log-house owned by the museum, in the complex of open space museum in Dumbrava Sibiului. Moreover, Astra Museum has opened a space where donations for refugees will be collected.
