RADOR has taken on the mission while promoting neutrality, credibility, objectivity and professional skills. RADOR press agency is one of the main information sources for Radio Romania broadcasters, and its name comes from former RADOR, a major agency during WW2. Established on June 16, 1921, RADOR was the short name of Radio Orient. Re-established in 1990, RADOR monitors news in Romanian and some other 15 languages. Its monitoring includes more than 50 radio and TV broadcasters, over 400 news outlets from Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa, and Australia.
