Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish and ONU representatives will discuss today, in Istanbul, about resuming Ukrainian grain exports on the Black Sea. Talks are taking place as global food prices have risen to unprecedented levels, one of the main causes being the Russian invasion in Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukrainian exports have risen a little, after reopening Bâstroe channel and reactivating some smaller fluvial ports. At the same time, Ukraine negotiates with Romania and the European Union the enlarge the transit on Sulina channel. New case of monkeypox confirmed in Romania

A new case of monkey pox has been diagnosticated in Romania, says The Health Ministry. The patient is a 38 years old man from Argeş and he started presenting symptoms on July 8th. He went to a medical clinic and laboratory investigations have confirmed the virus. The man has been admitted to hospital and an epidemiological investigation has been initiated, in order to establish the close contacts, so far, Romania has diagnosed 15 cases of monkeypox.
