15 residents were killed and 35, including a child, were injured in bombings by the Russian invasion army on the southern Ukrainian city of Kherson, from where Moscow’s troops had withdrawn two weeks ago. An official of the city’s military administration wrote on social media that several „private residences and high-rise buildings” were damaged. „The Russian invaders opened fire on a residential area, using (…) rocket launchers. A large building caught fire”, the Ukrainian governor of the Kherson region, Yaroslav Yanushevich wrote.  „Due to the constant Russian bombings, we are evacuating patients from hospitals in Kherson”, announced the Ukrainian Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, who stated that a train has already left for Khmelnytskyi, „with the first 100 citizens (…), including 26 children, seven immobilized patients and six disabled people”. More than six million Ukrainian households were affected by the power outages, caused by the Russian bombings on critical infrastructure. In the capital, Kyiv, „a third of the homes (…) already have heating (…). Half of the users are still without electricity” – mayor Vitali Kliciko stated. The operation of mobile phone networks was also disrupted in some neighborhoods of the capital.
