Complex military exercise organized by the Romanian Naval Forces

Approximately 3,400 soldiers will take part in a complex exercise, which will take place in Romania. It is the largest training event planned and conducted by the Romanian Naval Forces in 2023. Troops from 12 allied and partner states will participate, including the USA, France, Poland, Great Britain, the Republic of Moldova or Portugal. They will be accompanied by military ships, aircraft, speedboats, vehicles and other combat elements. According to the Romanian Naval Forces, the exercise will take place between March 20 and April 2, in the south-eastern area of Romania, at sea, on the river, in the Danube Delta and in the coastal area.
