Presa de stat din Rusia anunţă că preşedintele Vladimir Putin a vizitat oraşul ucrainean Mariupol, devastat de război, care a fost ocupat de trupele ruse în mai 2022. Potrivit agenţiei de pres TASS, Putin a vorbit cu localnicii, după ce s-a deplasat până acolo cu elicopterul. Dacă se va confirma, aceasta va fi prima vizită a lui Vladimir Putin în teritoriile ucrainene recent ocupate, după ce a ordonat invadarea Ucrainei, în urmă cu mai bine de un an.
