The European Commission threatened Croatia, Hungary and Romania with infringement measures if they don’t present reports on meeting their objectives for the year 2020 concerning the renewable energy sources and the energetic efficiency. The three member states have two months at their disposal to fix the situation. Otherwise, the Commission may decide to notice the European Union Court of Justice related to these cases.
